Shipping Policy / Return Policy / Pick-Up Policy


Shipping

All order in stock that are placed before 2pm EST Monday - Friday usually ship same day. In stock order that are placed after 2pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders in stock that we placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. If the item(s) are not in stock, customers are notified within 24 business hours via email of their back-order status. If for some reason you do not receive a notification via email within 24 business hours, please contact us.


If "Customer UPS account" is selected and a UPS account number is not input, you will be subject to pay shipping. We will contact you three times and if there is no response your order will be refunded with a 20% restocking fee. If you decide to cancel the order due to having to pay shipping, you will be refunded with a 5% credit card transaction fee if your items are not in stock. If you decide to cancel the order due to having to pay shipping and your items are in stock, you will be refunded with a 20% restocking fee.

Return Policy


All items returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any orders that are cancelled and the items are in stock will be refunded with a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number, original invoice and original box. No returns after 30 days from purchase date. Parts will be subject to management inspection.

Pick-Up Policy (at our Michigan Store)

Customers will receive an email and phone call when their order is available for pick-up. If you do not receive an email, or phone call regarding the status of your order within 24 business hours, please contact us.

  • Customer pick-up hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Please wait until you receive a pick-up notification before coming to the store.

Note: Customers with a shipping address located outside of Michigan that select the “Local Pick-Up” as a shipping method:

o Please contact us immediately.

o If UPS shipping is not selected during checkout, your order will not be shipped until payment for shipping has been provided.

o In this circumstance, The Pelican Case Outlet will attempt contact three times via email and phone before returning the item(s) to inventory and processing a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee).


** IF A CUSTOMER DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR ORDER WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS, THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED TO STOCK, AND A REFUND IS ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER MINUS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. **
